Scott - this is fascinating to me. It looks like a layout from Hunchback. Did you draw this on an animation desk and if so how did you manage the vanishing points on such a small table top ? Beautiful work !
Yes, it a layout form my very thick Hunchback file. You can see the painted Bg in the Art Of book (and very likely on the web somewhere... will try to get it.) Yes, iwas just drawn freejhand at that size and viewpoint. The VPs were just imagined off the page. Well, it 's what we did every day.
