

From the book The Art of Walt Disney by Robert Feild, 1942. Don't have a copy myself, but they're out there i'm sure. This is one of the best books on Disney animation for a non animator, because it has several examples of the Process; layout drawings, what appear to be samll thumbnail layouts, what we'd term "workbook" drawings now, I guess...also examples of the Elements of Design and other abstract ideas , presented in an accessable and well drawn manner.

the amazon marketplace had a vendor selling it for $33 with $4 shipping and handling. i'll let you know when it arrives. :)
There are lots around, mostly from Collins, London, 1944 (smells like hot corn tortillas) and 1947. I do not see the McMillan 1942 edition that often. I do not remember the last image from the book, though - it is from a layout course - I believe this one was by Ken O'Connor. It was often seen circulated with copies of the unpublished Don Graham book Building a Feature...
